Browsations is located inside Salontra Select Suites at White Marsh Mall. Please use the exterior entrance at the back of the mall, across from IKEA. Your appointment confirmation email includes the call box access code for entry. If you need assistance locating Suite #159, simply stop by the concierge desk in the café/waiting area, and they'll gladly assist you.

Yes. We allow a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. To be considered on time, you must be inside the suite and ready to begin your service within those five minutes. Time spent parking, entering the building, locating the suite, or completing check-in counts toward your arrival time.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled to avoid impacting the next scheduled guest.

Choose Brow Threading if you're looking for precise shaping or have sensitive skin. Threading is our preferred method because it doesn't remove layers of skin or require heat or chemicals, making it suitable for most skin types, including those using prescription skincare or experiencing sensitivity.

Choose Brow Waxing if you prefer waxing and are not using products or medications that make your skin more delicate, such as retinoids, Accutane, or certain exfoliating treatments. If you're unsure whether waxing is appropriate, we recommend booking threading instead.

Choose a Brow Shape + Tint if you want beautifully shaped brows with added depth and definition. A custom tint enhances your natural brow hairs, creating a fuller, more polished look that lasts several weeks.

Choose The Browsations Effect if you want the ultimate brow transformation. This signature service includes a custom brow shape, tint, and lamination to create fuller-looking, defined brows with a polished finish and easier day-to-day styling.

To keep your brows looking their best, we recommend scheduling maintenance every 4 weeks for shaping services. Tint typically lasts 2 weeks, while lamination results generally last 6 weeks with proper aftercare. Prebooking at the conclusion of your visit is encouraged.

Please arrive with clean skin free of makeup around the brow area whenever possible. Avoid using retinoids, exfoliating acids, or harsh skincare products near your brows for at least 2 weeks before waxing or lamination. Always review your confirmation/reminder emails and texts for important info.
